News Update
Sincere Gratitude to our Chair
Ed Rose, chair of the Mary Riley Styles Library Foundation, has retired after 18 years as a director. He spent years building the Foundation into what it is now. The Foundation thanks him with deep appreciation for his service. The Board has elected Jess Sabo as the new Chair.
During Rose's tenure, the Foundation has supported the popular Summer Reading Program; Freegal, the music service of the library; and many other library programs. The Foundation contributed to the renovated library with a large wall mural in the children’s room and with new furniture. Rose was a careful steward of the Foundation's endowment, which will be a source of future support to the library.
Our sincere appreciation to Ed Rose for his service to the MRSPL Foundation!
