Last spring we suspended our planned fundraising, so that our community could focus on supporting the people and businesses affected by COVID-19. Staff at the Library have worked hard from home to bring e-books and programming to people at their homes, and we are so grateful for and proud of their efforts. We celebrated Library Week in April by giving gift cards to library staff from One More Page Books, our fantastic local independent book store.
The Foundation will continue to support the library with our usual level of giving, and is in touch with the Library Director about meeting any special needs presented by COVID-19. We will conduct our annual campaign in the fall as we do every year.
